headquarters in The Netherlands. We are an international team of
professionals in the areas of innovation and quality improvement and management, knowledge engineering and management, and information technology.

Key Persons
Albert Huiberts, Managing Director,
co-founder of INSYTEC.
Has over 25 years of experience with training and consulting on quality
methods, increase of business performance and productivity, management
consulting. Prior to co-founding Insytec, he was a Senior Partner of Baumhardt & Partner AG and a representative of American Supplier
Institute in Europe. He spent 23 years with Philips, where he was responsible
for product and process engineering as well as project and budget
management across several business units. He is Taguchi Expert certified
by Dr. Taguchi. Author of numerous articles and several books on Quality
Methods. He holds several Taguchi Awards for outstanding achievements.
Valeri Souchkov, Principal
Consultant, co-founder of INSYTEC. Has over 15 years of
practical experience
with solving innovative technical and management problems, information
technology, artificial intelligence and diverse project management
activities worldwide. In 1993-1997, worked as a research scientist of Computer
Science Department at the University of Twente, The Netherlands, in the
area of innovation and knowledge-based systems. Valeri Souchkov was a
co-founder of Invention Machine Labs in 1989. He is a certified TRIZ expert
and trainer, delivered training and consulting services to academic and
industrial organizations worldwide. Author of more than 40 publications and books on
Innovation Management and Information Technology.
